We have built a craft distillery in the heart of historic Olde Towne Portsmouth, VA. Visit us and you'll see why we cherish every drop of our award winning spirits. Custom Still, 600 gallon Mashtun, and state of the art "apollo" Fermentation tanks fit snugly alongside whisky and bourbon barrels. Schedule a tour with one of our distillers or just stop in for a sampling in our tasting room. Our staff will be more than happy to educate you on our various craft spirits.
Like our products, our tasting room was custom built by hand. A 75ft wall of reclaimed farmhouse windows separates the tasting room from the distillery, giving you an unimpeded look into the distilling process. Antique furniture runs the length of the tasting room, complete with a salvaged octopus chandelier, leading you to our craft spirits tasting bar, where our mixologists create a one-of-a-kind tasting experience.

Join us for an in-depth guide into how we make our unique spirits. You will be greeted by one of our distillers, and once inside they will take you through the process of turning locally sourced grains into Gin, Moonshine, Whisky, and Bourbon. Of course, no distillery tour would be complete without sampling our kick-ass spirits!

Enter into a unique fraternity of bourbon connoisseurs. Our barrel club gives you the chance to own, create, and customize your very own bourbon. It all begins with meeting our master distiller and selecting the perfect premium ingredients. You can then join us for the distilling process getting your hands dirty. Or just monitor as we craft your perfect bourbon. Finishing it all off in your very own custom bottles.
